Elsewhere will make you think in new ways. I remember recommending this book when it first was published in 2005. Since then, I have also enjoyed Memoirs of a Teenage Amnesiac and am planning to read Zevin’s latest, The Hole We’re In, this summer. Elsewhere is a fascinating look at the afterlife and well-deserving of the praise it has received, including a starred review from Booklist.
